Terms & Conditions

All orders will be dispatched and should be received within 3-4 working days within the U.K.

If a product is not available from stock we will inform the customer and if the delay is unacceptable, we will give an immediate refund.

We have made every effort to ensure that all descriptions and photographs on the site are accurate.

Only persons who we are satisfied are 18 AND OVER will be allowed to purchase axes daggers and swords.

All products are carefuly packaged.  If however should the goods arrive in a damaged condition we should be notified immediately and they must be returned to us in and unused condition within the next 5 days.  Should the packaging be damaged please report this to the carrier.  

Guarantee of satisfaction -  If you are not completely satisfied with you order you may request a refund within 7days and the goods returned in their oringinal condition within 5 working days of notification.

Returned goods - It will be the customers responsibility to ensure the goods with the carrier you use are insured.  No liability will be accepted by us for goods not received.

 Security of orders - Payments are made either through the secure PayPal service online or may be telephoned to us.  All major credit cards accepted.
